So I'm the world's greatest procrastinator, right? But my delay in working on my version of Howl's necklace may have paid off. My bead supplier recently got in some lovely Swarovski® teardrops that would be wonderful for the pendant.
Trouble is, as anyone who's made jewelry knows, Swarovski® isn't cheap. I'm looking at around $60 in materials for two or three necklaces. Since I don't really need three I'd be very keen on selling the extras. To that end, I'm trying to gauge what the interest level might be. A mock-up of what the necklace would look like is under the cut.( If I make it, will they buy?Collapse )
So, what do you think? Is there still enough interest in HMC accessories that I could possibly sell one to offset the cost?
